How do I get my log-in credentials for mobile banking?
For consumers, once you enroll in online banking, your credentials (username, password and security questions) will be the same for both online and mobile banking.
For our business clients, your Senior Administrator must request the use of Mobiliti (mobile app) for each employee the administrator wishes to have access via a mobile device. Once that feature is turned on, you will use the same log-on credentials for American Bank BD Biz Mobile as you do for Business Online Banking from American Bank.
Can I use Touch ID or Face ID to log-in to American Bank BD Mobile?
Yes! Provided your device supports fingerprint / biometric and/or facial recognition capabilities and you want to use it; you can enable it through American Bank BD Mobile. To do this, you follow these steps:
- Log-in to American Bank BD Mobile
- Tap the More tile
- Then tap the Fingerprint Login option
- Finally, toggle on Fingerprint Login by tapping the dot to green on the right side of the screen
