Customer Service Representative- Northside Branch

Location: 

1519 North Spring St., Beaver Dam WI

Status: 

Full-time hourly position

Hours: 

Approximately 40 hours per week.  Monday – Friday 7:50 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., rotating Fridays 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and every third Saturdays 7:50 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to help customers by assisting them with every-day transactions like cashing checks, disbursing money from their savings and checking accounts and processing deposits. 

Being a resource for customers to obtain answers to their questions, providing information on products and services offered and how to use them (especially the electronic services) and problem solving is another important part of the position. 

You will also have the opportunity to help customers reach their financial goals by opening checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts and referring them to others within the bank for lending and investment assistance.

Qualifications:

If you have at least 1 year of previous cash handling and customer service experience and have a genuine desire to help others, this may be the position for you.

Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality is required as you would be working with customers’ valuable and private information.

Ability and desire to work as a member of a team is necessary for a great work environment and to impact the customer banking experience in a positive manner.
