Customer Service Representative- Necedah Branch

Location: 

212 S. Main Street, Necedah WI

Status: 

Full-time hourly position

Hours: 

Hours worked can vary and are within the bank’s hours of operation:  7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Every other Saturday is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Process a variety of account transactions including, but not limited to:  accepting cash and checks for deposit, cashing checks and disbursing money from savings and checking accounts in accordance with established procedures, receiving and processing loan payments, transferring funds between accounts, selling money orders and cashier’s.
  • Recognize additional customer banking needs and cross sell products and services which meet those needs and/or make referrals to appropriate employees.
  • Assist customers by opening and closing deposit accounts, demonstrating electronic services and enrolling customers for services.
  • Assist customers in resolving problems and answer inquiries.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events.
  • Obtain and maintain proficient knowledge of all bank deposit products and services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year previous cash handling & customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs & refer bank products and services
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Desire to provide the highest level of customer service

Customer Service Representative- Northside Branch

Location: 

1519 North Spring St., Beaver Dam WI

Status: 

Full-time hourly position

Hours: 

Approximately 40 hours per week.  Monday – Friday 7:50 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., rotating Fridays 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., alternating Saturdays 7:50 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:
